We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once published. You are responsible for reviewing updates, and continued use of our services after modifications indicates your acceptance.

3. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

• Not have been previously banned from our services.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree to use LeadPing in compliance with applicable laws and our policies. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sending spam or emails that violate anti-spam laws.

• Engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities.

• Using LeadPing for illegal, obscene, or abusive purposes.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, replicate, or exploit our platform.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We take data protection seriously. Our Privacy Policy and DPA outline how we collect, store, and process user data. By using our services, you consent to our handling of data per these policies.

5. Third-Party Integrations

LeadPing may integrate with third-party applications. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their functionality or security. If a third-party service discontinues integration, we may remove that feature without liability.

6. Account Security & Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately. We do not store passwords and can only assist with password resets.

7. Payments & Billing

7.1 Subscription Fees

You agree to pay applicable fees as outlined on our pricing page. Payments are non-refundable and charged in the selected currency.

7.2 Late Payments

Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or account suspension.

7.3 Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their subscription.

8. Intellectual Property

LeadPing retains all ownership rights to its platform, including trademarks, logos, and proprietary technology. Users may not copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without prior written consent.

9. Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to LeadPing will be revoked.

• Any outstanding payments remain due.

• We may retain anonymized data for analytical purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

LeadPing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Swedish courts. If a dispute arises, we encourage resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service disruptions due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or government actions.
